Minimum order

Minimum of each invoice: DKk. 750,- - € 100,-
The minimum buy for each item variates, but following are the general rules.

Findings;
Gold and Platin: 1 pcs. / 1 pairs
Silver: 10 – 100 pcs. / pairs, - chains by meter: 5 mtr.
Base metals: 100 pcs. / pairs – chains by meter: from 25 mtr.

Metals:
Silver: Wire, sheets, casting grains and tubes; minimum normally 50 gram.

Loss for all metal is minimum 1.5%. Tubes 4%, Chains in silver 10%, in gold 12%. Pearlwire 12%. Invoiced calculation for alloy in finegold and finesilver are 999/-.

Silver wire below 0.65 mm. minimum 100 gram (1 spool).

Base metal: 1 kilo.

Precious stones/diamonds: 1 pcs.

Synthetic stones: 10 pcs.

Nickel plated or items containing nickel must never get in contact with the skin.

Delivery time.

Asap ( as soon as possible)
Normally approx. 1-2 days.

Payment

Bank transfer in advance, cash or as agreed upon. In case of delivery on account, invoices not paid in due time, we will charge an interes of 1½% per month.

Payment by Mobilpay is not allowed for VAT customer.

Shipment

Export shipments DSV/GLS or by courier (DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS).
Shipments to less than 2 kilo to Norway, Faroe Islands, Grenland and Iceland by Post business priority. Larger shipments by forwarder.
All shipments can of cause be arranged by customer them selves. Insurance against customers signed receipt (CIF).

Prices

All precious metals based on daily prices.
All metal prices will be invoiced on the invoice date, unless else is agreed. Prices for metals can be updated currently and minimum once per day - early morning.

Price subject to be changed without notice on daily basis.

Price for a back order item, could be changed due to new updated metal prices.

All price are excl. VAT.

Customers without own VAT no. will be added the Danish VAT of 25%.

Goods in selection - B2B customers

We offer our B2B customers the opportunity to get goods in selection for a maximum of 5-8 days.

Amount for goods in selection is a minimum of DKK 250 per unit (ex. WAT)

All shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Returned goods and claims

Claim must be made within 8 days after receipt of goods. Please make sure when goods are received, that quantity and quality are in order.
Items ordered from speciel desrictions, wishes, lenghts, measurements, carat, colour, clarity, cut etc. can not be returned. Terms for customer as normal agreed.

In relation to our privacy policy, your information will only be stored in a way, that according to the inquiry, is relevant to meet your needs. In addition, the data will only be further transmitted in connection with necessary information, such as shipping companies. 

All personal data is stored in connection with purchase and sale, marketing and statistic. 

The personal data that will be registered are: 

Name, contact information, purchase history, statistics, account information, and when purchasing metal, further identification such as passport no. or driver’s license no. might be needed.  

These are kept internally within the company in total confidentiality. The information is kept only as long as it has relevance to the company and minimum according to the accounting act.

Personal data can be removed if desired followed by the rule according to the accounting act. Kindly contact the company’s administration, if this should be relevant. 

No personal data will be used for profiling.
